The village of Avelengo, with its population of just 600, is situated only a short distance from the resort of Merano. Avelengo is famous for its horses, which are distinguished from other breeds by their fair-haired manes.
Avelengo can be reached on a wide road with panoramic views leading from Merano (300 metres above sea level) to the high altitude plateau Monte Zoccolo (1.25 km above sea level).
Avelengo and Merano offer a huge range of leisure activities for everyone, including walking, hiking, horse riding and cycling. These leisure activities are all surrounded by the untouched natural environment where you can enjoy "Meraner Land" at its best.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
